I am a very coachable multi position experienced midfielder with a strong lax IQ and ability to read the field and make the right pass to successfully feed shooters.
I started playing lacrosse in 6th grade transitioning away from years of baseball. I am a multi-sport athlete having played HS football, lacrosse and track, and prior have also wrestled and played recreation baseball. Starting my freshman year at Fuquay Varina High School I focused on playing high school football, Spring track and Lacrosse. My freshman year I played Varsity lacrosse and received honorable mention and Wake County All Conference award for playing LSM and short stick D-mid. I also received Rookie of the Year for Wake County. This year I led my Willow Spring high school team in goals as a mid-fielder and received a Wake County All Conference Award. I have played Club lacrosse since 6th grade in NJ for Garden State Lacrosse Academy for spring and fall (now TRUE NJ) and since moving to North Carolina mid 7th grade I have played for Red Devil Lacrosse, Team 91 and now settled in and play year-round for TRUE North Carolina. Throughout my years playing club ball, I have played several positions including offensive and defensive mid-fielder, LSM, and defensive long pole. Currently I am a starter defensive midfielder for TRUE 2024 State and I was recently selected to play on the TRUE Carolina 2024 Premier team. I am a very scrappy and aggressive defensive mid-fielder who excels at on ball defense and help defense. I also clear the ball extremely well and pushing it in transition.
To date I take all Honors core classes and electives where possible. My current focus is to take course electives that will help me consider my college major, potentially Sports Management/Marketing. My current GPA is 3.875. Up until turning 17 and still today I look to do side jobs such as landscaping or helping people move, but recently just started working part time at Big Lots. Additionally, I currently volunteer at Endless Sports Recreation Lacrosse Camp in Apex NC teaching kids with special needs and disabilities.
When I have downtime, I enjoy playing any pickup sport games, fishing in ponds, lakes and streams and working out.
