Lacrosse had been a part of my life since I was 8 years old. Playing Football in the Fall and basketball in Winter, my parents sought a Spring sport to play and lacrosse was the first choice since my father played in high school.
Loving the sport, I don't see it as "work" to put in the extra effort at home on the rebounder and shooting balls every day. I've recently started hitting the weights at the gym in an effort to prepare myself for the next level.
My college goal is to find a university that fits my academic needs, playing style, and personality. As a 14 year old with few college visits, I am still unsure if I favor large or small, urban or rural, D1 or other. I hope to experience more in the next three years as I travel with my family for summer tournament and camps.
Doing the right thing when nobody is watching has been a family virtue for as long as I can remember. Character and fortitude are values that lead my actions.
