Shannon Garvey
Recruit Profile
Coachable, versatile team player with high Lax IQ - playmaker, leader, speedy, and agile athlete. Motivated to succeed! Determined!
I started playing rec lacrosse when I was 7 years old, and began playing club lacrosse when I was 9. I have always played midfield for my club teams, but was a starting defender on my Unionville High School varsity team as a freshman last spring. We won PIAA AAA States for the first time in school history! I am very comfortable dodging, passing, catching, and shooting with both hands, and pride myself on my speed, endurance, and field IQ. I play Varsity Soccer for my high school, and enjoy speed and agility training year-round. I am taking honors courses this year, and will continue serving on my school's Student Council.
