Coachable and aggressive multi sport athlete with a desire to succeed.
I started playing lacrosse in 2nd grade and instantly fell in love with the sport. I am competitive, athletic, as well as always striving to push myself and my teammates. I have had the opportunity to play for Ultimate Lacrosse since 4th grade and am grateful every time I have the chance to step on the field. I have also been fortunate enough to be apart of Ultimate Elite teams since 7th grade. My coaches specifically have worked so hard with me to reach my goal of playing at the next level and becoming a hard-working teammate wherever I end up. I also pride myself on being apart of Morgans' Message and honoring the legacy and message this non-profit left behind. At my high school, I am also a GUTS participant (girls understanding their strength), operation smile, meals for many, Minithon, and spiritual life.

Soph Coah is fast, aggressive, and very versatile. Her speed is huge in the midfield and she is scrappy on draws. Soph has a good Lax IQ, works well with teammates on attack and is high energy.
