What separates me the most from anyone else besides by my coachability and work ethic, are my communication and leadership skills both on the field and in the classroom. I strive to make a consistent effort to communicate with my teachers in school and teammates and coaches on the field. I am consistently vocal when I'm out on offense calling out plays and rotations, or on defense calling hot slides, two slides, and on-ball matchups. I feel great communication with my coaches helps me to not only continually learn, but to make sure we are all working together collectively as one team. As a strong leader, I strive to make sure my attitude and energy are highly positive examples to my teammates during practices and games, as well as to my classmates in school. I will look to use my teachers and coaches as strong references to my character as a person, student and player. The right lacrosse program for me will be one that is centered around a very strong culture of brotherhood and we before me mentality. A program that focuses on working hard in the offseason and playing hard during the season. I know this will only be a short period in my life that I will get to play, so I want to play with a program that loves and respects the game and strives for success as much as I do.
