Booth Lacrosse

Description
I’ve spent my life around the game of lacrosse. Growing up just outside of Syracuse, New York, the game was everywhere, and played in all kinds of ways. From the fields of local reservations where native peoples continue their 600 year-old traditions to big time college ball played at the Carrier Dome at Syracuse University, lacrosse was a constant part of my life. My brothers and I would often play lacrosse until dark. As the youngest of three brothers, I had to work extra hard to get my touches. Nothing was a given, everything was earned. So I learned to work on my game. How to position myself to get a groundball against a bigger player. How to raise my hands to get extra zip on my shot. How to recognize game situations so I could be in the right place at the right time. All that work helped me earn spots at Hobart College, Major League Lacrosse, and the National Lacrosse League. When my playing career ended in 2006, I founded Booth Lacrosse to share what I learned with the next generation of players. Over the last 10+ years, I’ve had an opportunity to work with thousands of players and teach them how to become the best players they can be. For some, that means preparing themselves to play in college. For others, it means improving enough to get off the bench and into the starting lineup for their U11 team. No matter what your goal is for lacrosse, I can show you how to achieve it. How hard you work at it is up to you.
