CRASH is dedicated to teaching all aspects of women’s lacrosse to high school girls. We believe in the positive impact that sports has on the lives of women and strive to instill lessons that will last a lifetime. We promote teamwork, technical skill development, sportsmanship, positive coaching, friendship, and the joy of playing while advancing the sport of lacrosse. Player development and growth serves as the foundation for the program to help players achieve their personal best and make valuable contributions to their team, both on and off the field.CRASH aims to bring equal opportunity to all girls that have a passion to play lacrosse at a competitive level, while providing a well rounded lacrosse program that provides players with not only the best opportunities to play at the next level but individual attention and opportunities to continue to improve as a a player, knowledge of and guidance during the recruiting process as well as the mental aspect of the game and being a top athlete. We get to know each girl as an individual and measure our success on whether they achieve their personal and team goals.
