Different Road Patriots Lacrosse

Description
The Different Road Patriots (DRP) Girls Lacrosse Club was first formed by Nancy Vecchio, with the help and support of Bob White, in January of 2001. The club had many successful performances at festivals and tournaments. This group traveled throughout New York State and beyond to develop local, North Country talent. Girl’s lacrosse was new to this area but was quickly expanding. Several members of the 2001-2004 DRP continued on to successful college lacrosse careers. Many of those members are now coaches, ranging anywhere from youth to college. Since June 2009, the original DRP members have dedicated themselves to reviving, preserving, and continually improving the club to benefit players of all ages and the sport of lacrosse in the North Country. A lacrosse club that began with 18 players has grown to over 200 members and is one of the top recruiting club teams for college coaches in NYS.
