The Club Team is a program for driven lacrosse athletes who play at a higher level. We nurture this by providing top notch instruction in the fundamentals and techniques of girls lacrosse. The coaching staff will train and mentor the players in a competitive yet supportive environment so they can reach their full potential. Players will attend practice 1-2 times a week dependent on the tournament schedule. They will work on elevating their individual skills, teamwork, strength and conditioning, and mental toughness. To be invited to the Club Team, players must attend tryouts.
