Based in Richmond, the Virginia Roughriders will be led by Brian Watson and Jeff Harvey with a talented stable of coaches from in and around the area. The Virginia Roughriders intend to consolidate the state’s most talented players by providing players with elite development, optimal exposure and recruitment opportunities. Virginia Roughriders will represent this broader outreach and approach, and include players from the Hampton Roads, Richmond, Charlottesville, Staunton and Northern Virginia areas.
