I started to play lacrosse when I was about 8. I started as a midfielder since I was one of the best runners on my team. Then, when I started to play for Lax plus I tried out defense. I really ended up liking it much more than midfield. From basketball, I learned how to move my feet very well and could transition this over to lacrosse. I communicate with my team from the start to finish of the game. I am very confident on my one-on-one defense and transitioning the ball upfield once it is in our possession. I play on the Jv soccer team and the Varsity basketball and lacrosse team. I am taking all honors classes and will be taking an AP Government class next year. I volunteer at the younger girls lacrosse practices and helping them learn the game and skills.
