My name is Aidan Troy, and I am a 3 sport Varsity athlete (Lacrosse, Football and Swim) at The Delbarton School. I have played lacrosse for the past 10 years, and have been a member of the BBL Elite 2023 Black Team since 5th grade. I am a Showtime/Maverik Invitee (2019-21), BlackCard Invitee (2019-21), One Percent Invitee (2021), Prep School Showcase Invitee (2021), Five Star Invitee (2021), Iron 44 Combine (2021). I made the All Tournament Team at the Player Series Showcase (2020.)

Academically, I have a 4.23/4 weighted and a 4.0 unweighted GPA, taking the most rigorous course load of any of my classmates at Delbarton during both my freshman and sophomore year. In my freshman year, I took Adv Biology, Adv English, World History, Algebra/Trig, Precalculus and French II, earning a 4.2/4 weighed GPA and a 4.0 unweighted GPA. In my sophomore year, I took AP Calculus AB, AP English Language, AP World History, Adv Chemistry and French III, earning a 4.27/4 weighted GPA or a 4.0 unweighted GPA and a 5 on all three AP Exams. Next year, I will increase to 5 AP classes, which include AP Physics, AP English Literature, AP Calculus BC, AP French and AP US History. I also earned a composite score of 36 on my ACT.

I hope to be able to play lacrosse in college while pursuing Finance, Economics and Political Science. I pride myself on being a dedicated, coachable, hard-working and passionate student athlete with a high lacrosse IQ. Outside of lacrosse, I volunteer for several charities through Delbarton, including Solitary Sleep Out. I am also a Delbarton Math Tutor, a member of the Delbarton French Honor Society, a Delbarton Deanery Leader and Editor for the Delbarton Brewery, the newspaper for the Business and Economics Club, as well as a member of other Delbarton clubs and activities.
