His coaching experience includes three years of coaching at Oyster Bay High School, Jacksonville Lacrosse Club and Dominican University of CA. While at Oyster Bay, he received four varsity letters and posted a .600 save percentage. He was an MAAC Academic All-Conference selection in 2010 and 2011. A three-year prep starter at Glen Cove High School, DiScala was selected as a captain his junior and senior year while also earning All-County honors both seasons.
