Alexander Morton
Recruit Profile
Obtaining a degree in Sports Science and playing lacrosse at a solid lacrosse college is my goal. My coaches tell me that I am determined, athletic, and very coachable. I am dedicated and I refuse to be out-worked. I chose to switch from a local private high school to a boarding school 2 hours from home for self-improvement through the athletic and scholastic challenges that McCallie provides.
I started playing lacrosse in 8th grade at Webb School Bell Buckle. In 9th grade I was named Offensive Player of the Year for Webb Varsity Lacrosse. In 10th grade I chose to transfer and become a boarding student at McCallie school in Chattanooga for the athletic and academic challenge and opportunities. I played Varsity Football and Varsity Lacrosse and both teams won the State Championship in our division my sophomore year. I have played midfield and attack and am very comfortable with both positions. This school year I am taking Honors History. I have been a Boy Scout since I was 6. I enjoy camping, drawing and cooking. I help my parents with farmwork, at their veterinary hospital, and with their BBQ food business.
