Hi, my name is Allie Knott. I am currently a junior at Ward Melville High School in East Setauket, NY. Growing up I participated in a lot of sports such as basketball, soccer, baseball, gymnastics, dance and cheer. After taking part in these sports for many years, I no longer had enjoyment for them. In 8th grade, I decided to tryout for my schools lacrosse team although I did not have much experience playing. With my high endurance and optimism I was able to quickly catch onto the sport. Ever since I started playing lacrosse, it has been my passion and an essential part of my personal development. I am a diligent and dynamic player who is driven to improve everyday and succeed. My conscientiousness extends way beyond the lacrosse field. Both athletically and academically I set high standards and I constantly push myself to achieve my goals. Last year I made the decision to join a club team and ever since I joined the team I have dedicated a lot of my time to building on my skills and becoming a better player. It is my hope to play in college so I can continue improving and achieving my goals.
