I grew up by the Jersey Shore and enjoyed swim team, surfing and summers at the beach. I have been a student-athlete throughout grammar school and high school as a rising junior. I started rec sports at the age of 5 playing soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. My family spent most winters and holidays in Vermont skiing. I started skiing at the age of 3 and became a competitive freestyle skier at age 9 where I competed in both Southern VT and at the National level, qualified for USASA Nationals in Copper Mountain CO and won a silver medal in skier cross. I started playing competitive travel soccer in 2nd grade and continued through 8th grade.I played for my grammar school team, made the team in 6th, 7th and 8th grade. I started playing club lacrosse in 5th grade for T3 Shore and have made lasting friendships with teammates. I am currently a 3 sport athlete, varsity lacrosse, varsity soccer, and winter track. I also put in a great deal of extra time at a local sports training facility, ESSA Sports Performance which has allowed me to perform at a higher level. I just became manager of the varsity football team. I am a leader on and off the field from hustle and work ethic. I was elected captain of my travel soccer team, grammar school soccer team in 8th grade, and as a sophomore captain of the JV high school soccer team. I was the leading scorer for the freshman lacrosse team and played varsity. As sophomore I earned a varsity starting position, we won the Shore Conference, State Sectionals and made it to the final NJ Group II State Tournament. I had a great experience and as a sophomore it was really special being able to play with the upperclassman. I was selected by my coaches for the Heart and Hustle award for our varsity lacrosse team (as a sophomore). I was selected to play for the US Lacrosse School Girls NJ South and the T3 AllStar Team. I worked this summer the Chapel Beach Club snack bar in Sea Bright NJ, taking orders, serving and working the cash register in very busy environment. I am involved in story-telling and character ed clubs. I am taking AP Literature and AP Calculus this year and would like to study business in college.
