My name is Alyssa Jarvis. I'm from Seattle, Washington and attend Woodinville High School, Graduating class of 2022. I'm a starting Midfielder for my Varsity HS team. As a Freshman, I earned Captain, starting Midfielder, WSLA All Conference and Midfielder of the year award for Woodinville High School. I am a starting Midfielder for Puget Sound Select Elite (PSS).
I have a goal to play collegiate level lacrosse because I have passion for the intensity, the speed, and the strength that is brought to the field during every practice and game and would want nothing more than to represent my Asian American/PI heritage and be a role model for younger student athletes.

As a competitive team mate I have the endurance to go 110% for my team growing and improving in each game. I am aggressive on the 50/50 opportunities, strongest on defense, and bring endurance as midfielder to play both sides of the ball.

Ended 2021 with 35 goals, 9 Assts, 31 Draw Controls, 20 Ground Balls.

On the field I am a leader who demonstrates solid field IQ, who is extremely coachable and agile, and can make adjustments and improvements real time. With 2020-21 being a unique year with limited opportunities in the PacNW, I stayed focused on keeping my skills sharp, conditioning, and finding ways to compete at the club level earning All Tournament team in the Sin City Tourney in January '21 and I am even more motivated to elevate my ability.

I am a well rounded student, I work hard to stay on top of school and have a 3.91GPA (including AP Math/Eng). I compete and placed State level 2019/20/21. I am interested in Business Law, Forensics and science classes and would like to explore a career in those areas. I coach 7/8 youth lacrosse, 3rd year lacrosse official and an active volunteer in Young Life Leader and Bright Horizons Food/Homeless shelter. I have very supportive family, the middle child between 2 brothers with whom I spend lots of time on the the sports fields.
