Anastasia Angelakis
Recruit Profile
Team player with strong Lax and School IQ, disciplined, hardworking, determined, aggressive, and multi sport athlete. All advanced courses in school!
I started playing lacrosse when I was 10 years old. Alongside lacrosse, I played soccer and basketball. When I started middle school lacrosse in 7th grade I played midfield where I strived amongst my other teammates. I am comfortable dodging and finishing with both hands. My speed on the field is what I'm most known for. I spend my free time outside in my yard practicing different skills in lacrosse. I played soccer and basketball for my high school as well. I have been in all honors and advanced classes since 7th grade. During my sophomore year, I took AP World History, AP Psychology, Honors Spanish, Chemistry Accelerated, Algebra 2 Honors, and English Pre-AP. During my sophomore year I played varsity in high school for soccer, basketball and lacrosse. Going into 11th, I plan to take 3 more APs and continue all honors classes. I strive to get excellent grades in school while still keeping up with all the sports I play. I belong to my churches Greek Orthodox Youth Association where we volunteer at numerous events and hold many fundraisers throughout the year. I also work with kids with special needs. I have helped them ever since I was around 5 years old. I now volunteer at a special needs clinic every Monday after my school sports.
