I started playing lacrosse in 8th grade after my modified football coach Ed Greenway introduced me to the game and I became obsessed. I am always looking to be a 1% better player than I was the day before by playing wall ball, footwork drills, lifting, and watching film any chance I get. In my freshman year I was named a JV team captain, led all long poles on my team in goals, and we went 12-3. In the summer of 2022, I played club for Performax where I started all summer. During the fall of 2022 and summer 2023 I have made the switch to play for Team Buffalo where I am also the starting LSM.

Being a student first, I maintain a 4.0 GPA and am taking 3 honors classes in my sophomore year. I am the class of 2025 treasure, Future Business Leaders of America club member, and also participate in history and French club. I also was a JV football captain, ran Varsity Indoor Track (55 and 300m), and also used to play basketball. In the summers and winters I volunteer with the Amherst Lacrosse Association. At home I enjoy cooking, playing piano, and speaking Russian fluently.

In the summer of 2022 I inspired the idea and launched the Africa Sticks initiative with the help of my father. Our mission is to bring new or used lacrosse equipment to developing lacrosse nations and grow the game in Africa. Through equipment drives and partnerships we will be bringing 300 sticks to the Ivory Coast in February 2023 (a trip I will be a part of). Since middle school, I have always listened to Economics and Business podcasts for fun. I am looking for a strong academic school to be able to play lacrosse and study both Economics and Business. I would also like to take Russian courses if the opportunity is given. As a player and person, I always give 110% effort in anything I am doing. I'm one of the first people at practice and one of the last to leave. I try to always make a positive impact in peoples' lives and be the best version of myself.
