I first began playing lacrosse when I was 12 & fell in love with it. I played mainly defense growing up until freshman year when I realized I was a shooter and made the switch to attack and I have been much more successful since. Freshman year was sadly cut short by covid but for the 4 games we got the chance to play, I started all of them on JV. Sophomore year I had covid during tryouts & the only spot left was on JV yet again but I now see it as a blessing in disguise as I was not only a team leader but also got ample time on the field and started all 13 of our games. I mainly played midfield & took draw as well. During the Fall of 2021, my high school started up a Flag Football team and I made the team & also loved it as it was a good way for me to stay in shape during the off-season! I am very comfortable on 8 meter shots and just shooting on goal in general, currently trying to be as comfortable on my left also. Im not the fastest girl you will come across but I like to think my quick and accurate passes can make up for it. I am not the biggest fan of being at school (dont worry my GPA is a 3.8 ) but I do pretty well at it because I know its going to be important to my future, I currently take a majority of the Honors classes my school offers, I dont take many AP classes because I dont want it to hurt my GPA but I do what I need to do to succeed in the classroom while balancing sports and a social life as well.
