Lacrosse is a sport that I have loved since I first held a stick in 4th grade. It is the ultimate team sport. As an attack man, I love the rush of putting the ball in the back of the net, and as a midfielder, I love the opportunity to play both offense and defense. As a Varsity starter my Sophomore season, I scored 52 points (42 goals and 10 assists) during the regular season with a 52% shooting percentage. In my Junior season (2022) I scored 53 goals with 17 assists. I achieved my 100th point in 33 games. But more importantly, I can see the field for my teammates. It is the teamwork that I find most rewarding at the position, and using my high lacrosse IQ to outsmart a defense and lead my team to a win. Earning a Varsity letter as a sophomore and junior in football on both offense and defense has prepared me to welcome the physicality that lacrosse brings at times. I pride myself in never shying away from an opponent, dodging to shoot or pass, and setting picks for my teammates. In addition to playing lacrosse and football, I am a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, which has taught me focus and discipline. I love to be outdoors, which is why I don't mind working as a landscaper in the summer. Fishing is one of my favorite things to do in my free time.
