Asjia is committed, driven, and has natural leadership qualities. Asjia has a quick 1st step, strong 1v1 defender, and uses her speed on clears! She sees the whole defensive picture and anticipates well for interceptions/GBs. Her athleticism allows her to be an excellent pressure out defender and directs teammates vocally.

Asjia is very athletic and has a great work ethic. She is always looking to improve and will do whatever the team needs her to do. She started as a sophomore on a very strong Redondo Union HS team, playing both defense and midfield. She's also a great teammate/leader.
