I had the opportunity to Coach Ava Bandi at IWLCA Southwest Cup this fall on the True Lacrosse Girls 2024 National Team. Ava has the endurance to run the midfielder but I feel she is an asset on the defensive end of the field. She is very coachable, eager to learn, open to feedback, and has a strong work ethic. On the defensive end of the field, she is a strong 1v1 defender, ready to slide, and does a good job communicating with her teammates. She is a solid 2024 with room to grow as a player, she is someone to keep an eye on.

Ava is a dedicated, disciplined, and self motivated athlete. She wants to improve in any way she can and is constantly looking for feedback.
