I started playing lacrosse in the 4th grade. In the early days I was recognized for my speed and how fast I was able to carry the ball down the field. I began as a midfielder then gradually started to find myself taking the draw. Now I specialize in the draw and have found myself winning at a 75% possession rate or better. As I have grown, I have become a very strong player with both my right and left hand. I am confident with my stick skills, shooting and speed. Coaches have told me I am a leader to many of my teammates and push everyone until the last minute of the game. Outside of the world of lacrosse, I play field hockey and winter track. I was the top scoring player on my field hockey team this last year and helped lead my team to a 16-1-1 season. Additionally, I am a honor roll student and active member of Helping Hands (Bridges) and Students Against Cancer Clubs.
