I began playing lacrosse when I was 10 and have been playing on the T3 North black team. In high school, I made the varsity team as a freshman while playing attack, I had 17 goals and 7 assists. My favorite part about playing lacrosse, or what I love the most is running, dodging, and helping my teammates become involved. I also played on varsity field hockey, but lacrosse is more important to me. In school as a sophomore, I am currently taking history and geometry honors which I really enjoy beceause I find them challenging. I love to volunteer because I find it to be a lot of fun, especially since it is all about helping others. At church, I volunteer in the children's program each week and at school I led our food drive. We have about 500 children a week in the church program and my focus is with the toddlers because that is where I laugh the most. My dad and I had planned to go to El Salvador on a clean water trip to dig wells in villages for a week, unfortunately due to the virus our trip was postponed. At school, I participate in many of the student run clubs, such as Operation Smile which works to raise money for kids who need to have surgery on their cleft palate.
