I started playing lacrosse the summer between 7th and 8th grade in my local youth program, I then decided to play high school in the fall of my 8th grade year and made my high schools JV team. I am currently playing lacrosse with YETI girls lacrosse and look forward to continuing to grow my defensive as well as attack skills. I am comfortable with switching hands and playing man-on-man as well as zone defense. I talk really well on defense, always knowing where the ball is is super important so I love to communicate. I know how important communication is, especially with my teammates and goalie. This high school lacrosse season, I am the JV captain as well as a starter on my high schools JV team. I was moved up to varsity for sections and am currently playing varsity during this sections tournament. It has been and will continue to be a great leadership opportunity! I am currently taking College Precalculus, AP US History, and Honors English 10. I participate in many activities through my high school. I participate in DECA and lettered last year. I have been elected a DECA chapter officer and I am in charge of community relations! I was planning on attending ICDC(the international DECA conference) however it got cancelled. I love playing lacrosse and being involved in activities at school. I am currently taking AP world history and AP calculus AB. I am also taking an advanced marketing class that I will earn college credit for. I am looking into Marketing as I am a DECA vice president. I am a very outgoing confident person. I am great at listening to coaching advice and doing my best to implement the changes in my game play. I work hard in practice as well as games.
