My name is Avery Young and I am a midfield player for BBL Elite Black 2023. I started playing lacrosse when I was in 5th grade and I have grown to love the sport. I started club when I was in 7 grade and I have continued ever since. I am dominant in my right hand and comfortable in my left. I take the draw on my high school team and I am aggressive on the circle as well as on the attack and defensive side of the field. I am confident with my speed, stick handling, and dodging skills. I am a hardworking, determined player who has a growing passion for the game. As a freshman I played on the JV field hockey team and during my sophomore year I saw time on varsity. I take History Honors, and Geometry Honors as well.
