Barlow Clark-Schoeb
Recruit Profile
Coachable, team player who is willing to grind. Multi-sport athlete with the physical presence (5'11 and 155) and speed to attack offensively and chase down an opponent.
While I started lacrosse when I was seven, I was playing many sports at that time including gymnastics. In fact, I did competitive gymnastics until I was twelve to level 8. It was that year that I grew five inches and realized that my strength and size was better suited on the lacrosse field. I have found that I really love being part of a team sport where I can grind and make a difference not just for myself, but for others. Since Crysti Foote has been coaching me at CLC, I have grown as a player and substantially strengthened my lax IQ. In addition, to lacrosse I have done Varsity track and field and was even the top freshman pole vaulter in New Jersey. This past year I enjoyed taking Environmental science and Portfolio honors. I also the priviledge of being a Peer Leader which was an administrator selected leadership position. When I am not studying or playing sports, I am learning sign language, making clothes from second hand materials, volunteering with Bridges and After The Glow, or hanging with my friends and family.
