Coach Dell'Aquila comes to us from Molloy College.

Before Molloy, Dell'Aquila was the defensive coordinator of the Walt Whitman High School varsity lacrosse squad for a season. From 2007-10, Dell'Aquila guided the East Meadow High School varsity lacrosse team -- a perennial Class A Tournament qualifier in his tenure. In his third season at the helm, he was honored as the Conference I Coach of the Year. From 2004-07, Dell'Aquila worked at North Shore High School as head coach of the varsity lacrosse team (2005-06), and head coach of the junior varsity football team (2004-07).

Since 1997, Dell'Aquila has served as a physical education teacher within the Hicksville Public School system. At the high school level, he has held positions of strength and conditioning coach (2000-04), defensive coordinator of the varsity lacrosse team (2000-03), and head coach of the varsity football team (2000-04).

Dell'Aquila earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. John's University in 1987 and a Master of Arts degree in Physical Education from Adelphi University in 1992.
