I pride myself on being the consummate "Do It All" midfielder. My constant goal is to contribute in all four phases of the game: offense, defense, transition, and special units. As a 3-sport Varsity athlete for Downingtown East High School (Football, Wrestling, Lacrosse), I want to compete at the highest level and represent my school and community to the best of my ability. In football, I play running-back and outside linebacker and led our high school U-15 team to a 9-0 undefeated record scoring 15 touchdowns (2019). I scored 2 touchdowns in the Covid-19 abbreviated season for our high school Varsity (2020). In wrestling, I wrestled Varsity as a freshman at 152 lbs. and finished the season 30-9, with 17 pins, won the Chesmont League and District 1 West titles, and took home 1st team All-League, and 1st team All-Area honors. I wrestled Varsity 160 lbs. during the Covid-19 affected season (2020-2021) and finished with a 12-5 record, 1st team All-League and 1st team All-Area honors, and qualified for the PIAA State Tournament as a sophomore. In lacrosse, I am a WSYL team member (2017), NIKE Blue Chip member (2017), 3 X CCLA All-Star ('17, '18, '19), CCLA U-15 Champion (2019), member of Brotherly Love 2023 Zeus and Academy teams (2015 - present), member of Team Ascension (2020), UnderArmour Command Team PA (2020), Inside Lacrosse Identification Team (2020), and starting Varsity midfielder for Downingtown East High School (2019-present). This 2022 season, I finished with 36G, 14A, 67GB, 24cto, and 92clrs and was selected as our team's "MVP" and US Lacrosse All-American. In school, I enjoy biology, environmental studies, and health sciences. Outside of athletics, I like to weight-train, travel, and fish. My favorite athlete is Bo Jackson because he symbolizes the fierce competitiveness of the multi-sport athlete.

Andy Hilgartner
Bo Horvath is an athletic and tough competitor. His ability to defend from all spots on the field is outstanding. Being a lefty only helps make him more effective at the defensive end. With excellent speed, Bo is a big time threat in the transition game. His stick skills are strong and he has the ability to dodge and create early offense. From what I have seen, Bo has the mindset and ability to be a great college lacrosse player.

Bo to me is one of the first 3 middies out in just about every game situation you have. Whether the team needs a 6v6 or Man up goal, Faceoff wing, 6v6, Man down stop, or clear. Always one of the best athletes when he steps out on the field.
Adam Mueller
Bo is a true 2 way middie. He is extremely athletic which enables him to shut down players on the defensive end, clear with speed upfield and be dominant on the offensive end. He is efficient in transition and dodges to the net with success against long poles regularly.
Joseph Kivlen
Bo is an explosive athlete who contributes all over the field. He is a game changing force clearing and breaking down defenders. He is a dynamic scorer who also plays excellent defense. A high character player who leads by example both on and off the field.

Bo Horvath is a driven, all-purpose middie who covers crucial ground for Downingtown East Lacrosse. He can break to the middle for high-powered goals and turn opponents away like a 5th longstick. He leads by example and anxiously waits for the next play to help his team win games.
