I will be a 2023 graduate. I have been playing lacrosse for 10 years. I have played box lacrosse, then went to club lacrosse and now I am on travel. I have played for Performax and Team Buffalo at the same time and recently have tried out and made 2023 FCA Upstate Navy. I have played hockey as a goalie for 10 years and stopped to devote my time solely to Lacrosse. I currently work at Wegmans Supermarket while keeping a 93 overall grade in school. I was the captain on my modified Lacrosse team as we went 12-3 two years ago. I did not have a Freshman season due to Covid. This past year, my Sophomore season I was a starter long pole defensemen on a team which lost in the NYS Section Six final. I make it a priority to make it to church on Sundays and I used to volunteer there. I am a defender that can guard anywhere on the field. I also make sure if the balls on the ground it will be mine as I ended last season with 31 ground balls and 23 takeaways. I believe the number is actually much higher as I know some games defensive stats were not tracked. I consider myself a tenacious defender with a very high motor and compete level. I also make it my priority to get in the gym 5-6 times a week to gain strength and mass while not loosing any speed. I feel I have excellent ball skills and can push transition as well as add to the offense as I had two goals my sophomore year. I pride my self on my off ball game and anticipation of play. This past summer also played for team Western in the NYS Regional Championships.
