I started Loyola Academy's youth program in sixth grade and Team One club lacrosse in seventh grade. I switched to defense in seventh grade. I started this past year on my freshman team and was one of the four captains. I was a leader on the team helped my peers who had not played within the program for the past three years. Through my leadership many of the players on the team greatly improved and we had a great season. My individual defense is strong and I know where to be because of my high lacrosse IQ. When in a zone defense, I make effective slides that stop the dodger and I recover or help my teammates to recover to the proper position. After the season finished I was awarded co-defensive MVP. I also played freshman basketball at Loyola Academy. I work hard in school and excel at all subjects.
