I help lead clinics at my Tribe, Citizen Potawatomi Nation, to grow the game of lacrosse which has deep Native American roots in stickball/pegnegewen. I have won 1st place twice in the Potawatomi art competition at our Tribal festival.

My first time playing goalie was in 5th grade, which was my first lacrosse season. We were a first year rec team scheduled to play the local elite travel team in the last game of the season. Our goalie was a no-show and I always wanted to play goalie instead of middie. My coach who played lacrosse at Penn State said I was a natural. We barely lost the game 4-5, but it was exciting and I've been in the net ever since.
