Caleb is a solid athlete and has grown into an intelligent and talented lacrosse player. I have the pleasure of coaching Caleb during the spring and club seasons and see his dedication to his craft. Caleb has the ability to be a takeaway defender as well as a defensive leader. As a LSM he has shown to be an offensive threat typically earning an assist or goal in most contests. He has also began playing close defense and often marks up on the opposing number 1 attack. Caleb's a beast of an athlete and but also a student of the game that is confident on both sides of the ball. Caleb is the player that makes those around him better by always giving it his all. He is coachable and always open to suggestions on how to improve his game. This young man is great both on and off the field and has been a pleasure to coach, I am confident wherever the next step is, he will be a contributor and a defensive weapon for any team.

Caleb is a natural athlete who is a sponge of the game and has the mentality and work ethic to succeed at the next level. Caleb is confident with the ball in his stick on the defensive end of the field, through transition, and is able to make smart, decisive plays on the offensive side of the field. Caleb has a strong foundation and does not shy away from any offensive player lining up against him. He is aggressive on ball and smart off ball, while being ready to slide or pick up a ground ball when needed. Caleb is a player who can be placed anywhere on the field and make a difference at that position. After coaching Caleb in the spring for varsity lacrosse as well as club, I am confident that his skills and mentality will make him a key player at the collegiate level.

Caleb is a ferocious pole who is as comfortable handling the ball in transition as hassling an opposing ball carrier. He is sure with the ball off the ground and has good vision when he carries in the offensive end. Being a recent (2 years) convert from short stick, Caleb does not rely on his pole to make plays. He has quick feet and a stable frame that are the foundations of his approach. Putting a pole in his hands has been an excellent addition to his sound athletic attributes. He plays with an inherent edge that makes him a true competitor. While he has primarily plays LSM with NE Oaks, he has not shied away from playing at close defense when asked to. He is a true team player who switched to pole despite being a capable and potent offensive threat. We look forward to seeing him continue to develop and contribute at both the High School and Collegiate levels.

Caleb is a dedicated, persevering young man who has shown incredible growth over the past four years. Coaching Caleb has been a pleasure. During the four years that I had the privilege of coaching him, Caleb stood out as a leader both on and off the lacrosse field. He has taken his talent to the next level through hard work and a desire to excel. Despite all the success Caleb has had on the field and the classroom, he remains one of the most genuine and humble young men I have coached. I know that he will be an outstanding addition to any college team.
