A native of Richmond, Coach Nease played his high school lacrosse at the Collegiate School. He played collegiately at the U. S. Naval Academy from which he graduated in 1992. He coached as a graduate assistant at the U.S. Naval Academy (‘92), and as an assistant at the Naval Academy Prep School (‘93-‘94), and Collegiate (‘97, ‘07-’09).
