She is the hardest working athlete on the field and never takes a drill, play, practice nor day off. She is a relentless player who always wants to be on the field improving her craft. Carly's innate motivation shines through on the lacrosse field and in the classroom. Her self-driven attitude and independent nature are just a few attributes that add to her academic and athletic ability. During practices and games, Carly's leadership and competitive nature make her a standout among her peers. Carly strives to encourage her teammates to work through challenging games and drills and always rose above and beyond the expected. She is a believer that everyone can learn from one another, which is sometimes uncommon for people of her age. She is a pleasure to coach, and her positive attitude and belief in herself is an immensely admirable asset. She is constantly analyzing herself as a player and always has a team first attitude.
