My name is Carmen Palenik, I have been playing lacrosse since I was 9 years old and now play for Florida Shine Elite (#25) and Nease High School (#7). My freshman season, 2022, I was a starter on my high school varisty team. During my middle school lacrosse years, I really started to make a difference and developed into a leader. I strive to become both a better athlete on the field and a student in the classroom. I'm always working hard to develop my skills, practicing and looking to work with players I can learn and improve from. Although defense is my known position, I'm motivated to get out of my comfort zone and improve my skills on the attacking end of the field. I love playing lacrosse because of the lessons it's taught me and the memories I've made with my teams over the years.
