Caroline Ragan
Recruit Profile
Dedicated, coachable, and enthusiastic leader with impressive lax IQ - agressive, smart, and respectful player with impressive stick skills and a love for the game.
I started playing lacrosse when I was in 1st grade with my big sister. As soon as I started the game, I knew I never wanted to stop. I started club lacrosse in 6th grade and was the leading assister on my team for many years. I am comfortable passing, shooting, and dodging with both hands and I pride myself in my riding ability. I have a great eye for the field and I am a leader on the offensive end as well as a "hype man" for my team. I am a very diligent player and I try to improve my skills everyday. I was on the varsity women's lacrosse team starting freshman year. I was also the leading goal scorer on the JV field hockey team as well as offensive player of the year and also played on the varsity soccer team. I am a starter on the Varsity basketball team and was awarded defensive MVP of my team. I am in all honors and AP classes and I had 75+ community service hours in my freshman year, and currently have 125+ to end sophomore year. I also sing, write songs, play the ukulele and guitar, and participate in my school's choir. I recently received all-region honors for choir. I am on the Teen Team for the Wesley Rankin Community Center and the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas. I have started officiating games at the 7/8 and below level and I love it. It has helped me become a better player overall and it is so much fun! I recently made the Apex-60 All-Star Team and had the most goals in the all star game.
