Caroline Savoy
Recruit Profile
Coachable, team player, competitive and committed to lacrosse and my studies; always driven to do better.
I started playing lacrosse when i was 13. Being late to the game, I quickly learned that i would would have to put in double the time and work to reach the skill level of my teammates. I am known for my communication on and off the field and my ability to quickly and aggressively pick ground. Freshman year I was unable to play for my school because was injured but I participated in the team by becoming one of the JV managers and ultimately winning best manager.
There is nothing I enjoy more than the sport of lacrosse but some of my hobbies outside of lacrosse include chemistry club, women in leadership, and working for my mom's small business. I am a responsible student who focuses on school just as much as lacrosse. I took all honors classes my freshman and sophomore year. Freshman year my models of physics project was selected to be in my schools science symposium and was a finalist. My junior year I plan on taking AP chemistry, AP English, and Psych 101 at my local community college. I was also selected to be a part of my schools leadership program where we mentor and tutor freshman. I also make an effort to volunteer at my churches food pantry once a month.
