I fell in love with lacrosse in 4th grade when I first picked up a stick. I played PAL 4th through 8th grade and played for the middle school team in 7th grade. I was thrilled to get pulled up to the JV team in 8th grade. My middle school lacrosse coach remains a mentor as he helped me improve my game and further develop my Lax IQ. I was happy to still play under his leadership for 2 years of JV basketball. I have been playing travel club lacrosse since 7th grade and thoroughly enjoy elevating my play through hard work and dedication to this sport I continue to love. I have volunteered during the Summer at our school lacrosse camp. I am also active in Girl Scouts, enjoying helping others through community service and have completed my Bronze and Silver Awards and will soon be working on achieving Gold. I also love dogs and take an active role in fostering dogs from a local rescue. I take pride in my academics and have maintained an A average while taking Honors and AP classes. I look forward to attending college to study Education and hope to continue to play lacrosse while advancing my education.
