I am the captain of my highschool team as a junior, as I was a major contributor in winning our conference last season, and helped our team to become first time WPIAL Champions. Lacrosse is my passion, but in addition I play Prep hockey in an extremely competitive league, and I also play tennis in the fall. My dad played D1 hockey at Colorado College, as well as pro hockey and currently coaches hockey. My sister is a Junior at the University of Wisconsin and is on the D1 lightweight rowing team, and my brother is playing junior hockey for the Lake Erie Big Horns. Competition runs in my veins, and I have grown up in a family that has taught me the importance of sportsmanship, leadership, and being a team player. My background has taught me how to be a leader, and how to balance my style of leadership to thrive in a team environment. I have been raised to believe that hardwork and dedication are what sets an athlete apart- this is the mindset that I show up to practice with everyday. Although I usually play mid-field, I have experience on both defense and attack, and usually play midfield at clinics to show my skills on both sides of the field.
