C.C. Webber
Recruit Profile
Hard-working, athletic, competitive and very coachable. Great team player with a high lax IQ, very strong, precise left and right shot, exceptionally accurate feed, fast, strong stick skills/defense.
I work as hard in practices and training as I do in games and show that same focus and drive in everything that I do. I started on both my high school's Varsity lacrosse team and JV soccer as a freshman and played on Varsity soccer as a sophomore. I am a key attacker and feeder from both my left and right sides for my Jersey Shore Select Blue (formerly known as T3 Shore Black) lacrosse club team and my Trinity Hall school team and also love to run and pass the ball up the field and defend. I am as happy with an assist as I am a goal and I love lacrosse. I come from a competitive, athletic family with my father being a competitive ski racer and my grandfather the captain of the Iowa State wrestling team. I go to a rigorous all girls school where I take AP US History, Honors Engineering, Honors Biology, Honors Math, Honors English, and Honors French and we are required to take four years of engineering. In addition to playing lacrosse this past summer I also worked, and volunteered as a lacrosse coach and volunteered at a day camp for underprivileged children that I found extremely rewarding and fun! I continued to volunteer there this fall (in addition to in person, full time school and fall ball) to help deliver food to the camp families in need. Doing all of these things well makes me confident that I will succeed and contribute as a student athlete at a high level academic college/university.
