I started playing lacrosse in first grade when I moved to Florida. By third grade I was fully committed to the goalie position, but also helped on the field as a defender when possible. I was the starting goalie for the Stoneman Douglas High School team as a Freshman and Sophomore, I now play for St. Thomas Aquinas High School and have been on the Florida Select 2024 team for 7 years. I average above a 50% save rate in most games. As a Freshman I was awarded as First Team All District in lacrosse. I practiced with the Track and Field team to learn shot put; however, the meets during the year conflicted with my lacrosse games and so I was never actually able to compete. The practice did help me with my form in lacrosse and I saw more consistency in my clears due to this addition. I am actively involved with SOS Children's Village, Three Heart Strings and the Parkland Equestrian Club through my volunteer efforts. I love animals and my main goal is to become a veterinarian in the future.
