Recruit Profile
Driven, team-oriented, strong knowledge of the game, strategic and aggressive play, tri-sport athlete
I have been playing goalie since seventh grade, and I am confident in my lacrosse abilities and my ability to adapt to anything thrown at me. I have a strong lacrosse IQ and am an active communicator when in goal. In addition to lacrosse, I am a competitor on Varsity Cross Country and the Varsity Swim and Dive teams. Furthermore, I am the co-captain of my VEX Robotics team. While my school does not offer AP classes, I am currently taking four Honors classes and was one of eleven students accepted into the highly competitive Science and Engineering Research Concentration. I enjoy playing the violin both in my school's orchestra and as a concert soloist.

Charlotte is a hard worker, continuously improving since our first practice together. She recently made the switch from field to goal, showing her desire to learn and her adaptability/coachability as a player. As a coach, I'm new to the program this year - from day 1 Charlotte stood out as a difference-maker on our team. She is currently our only goalie, and does not shy away from reps at practice. Charlotte shows up ready to perform every day. On the field, Charlotte has mastered clearing. I have full faith in her to take care of the ball in our transition to offense, as her passes are smart and direct. She knows when to take her time with the ball, and she also knows when our team needs a quick clear out - her clearing IQ is amazing. As far as saves go, Charlotte has a very quick reaction time. I tell my team to hustle after every play until the whistle blows purely because I trust Charlotte to save 8-meters. She has a strong awareness of where her defenders are and where a shot is most likely to come from. Not only that, she's extremely vocal on the defensive end.
