Along with her lacrosse duties, Horst also serves as the Lancaster Bible Strength and Conditioning Coach, as she develops and executes training plans for each team at Lancaster Bible.

Since taking over the Chargers, Horst has coached eight North Eastern Athletic Conference All-Conference selections, including Myranda Kemrer, who was named to the First Team in both 2015 and 2018.

Horst is a graduate of Messiah College where she played field hockey.
