I first started my lacrosse career in second grade and immediately feel in love with it. I love the competitive edge and the satisfaction of winning. I love playing defense because of the physicality and toughness it has to it. I use my height as an advantage everywhere in the field. I love taking the draw because of the advantage I have. Since the beginning my favorite part about playing has been the friendships and bonds I have created over the years as well as learning about what true teamwork is. Lacrosse has been a huge part of my life along with extracurriculars. I love volunteering and take pride in the work that I do in my community. I have been in Dream Team since freshman year, which is a club that promotes healthy life style choices. Along with the other clubs I am in, school is something that I believe is very important. I enjoy reading and writing as well as learning about history. I have enjoyed reading since I was young. My dad has played a huge part in my love with English because he is always encouraging me to read and writing. I would like to further my academic career by studying environmental science and minoring in Italian and journalism. I hope to go to law school to study human justices. I hope to be able to help impoverished countries and children have a better life and future. I love traveling and experiencing and learning about different cultures. I also love fashion and art. I have loved shopping since I was young and hope to incorporate that into my life some way.
