Coach “Strick” played high school lacrosse at Seneca Valley, where he was a member of the three-time West 3A/2A Regional Champions. Chris also holds the school records for career save percentage (65%), single season save percentage (69.8%), and most saves in a game (30). Chris then decided on playing lacrosse at Goucher College in Towson, MD. The 2010 MVP for Goucher, Chris holds the all-time school career record for goals against average (6.32) and 2nd all-time for save percentage (62.7%). Chris also recorded the only shutout in Goucher’s lacrosse history. Chris also helped Goucher earn their school’s first ever Men’s Lacrosse Conference Championship in 2010 and competed in the NCAA Division-III Playoffs. Coach Strick earned multiple Landmark Conference Player of the Week awards during his career. Chris served as an Assistant Coach for the Goucher Men’s Lacrosse team where he helped the team achieve an overall 18-2 season record (2012), Conference Championship, and a first-round victory in the NCAA D-III Playoffs. Chris helped team’s starting goalie achieve a Top 5 save percentage in entire Division-III, Top 10 in goals against average in entire Division-III, and first team all-conference goalie award.
