I started playing lacrosse before I could read. My older sister fueled my drive to excel and compete. I quickly learned my strength was in my agility and speed. I take no prisoners on the field. I make no apologies for my desire to win. I credit my coaches for instilling early on the importance of passing. It helped me become a more selfless player who put the team first. I lead by example. I am vocal. I deliver. I was a starting varsity player in the 8th grade. I can play both offense and defense. My freshmen year, I helped to lead my high school team to its first district game. I play field hockey. I am one of only two female varsity snow board team members. I play golf. I have been with the same club team since the 5th grade. For the past six years I have traveled over 1 1/2 hours to attend club lacrosse practice. I am dedicated. I make my teamates better players. I am a middle child who keeps peace on and off of the field. I am a good listener who knows the value of observing. I am thirsty to compete and my confidence translates to the passion and dedication I have for the game of lacrosse.
