Clay Bibbee is the CEO and founder of Centercourt Athletic Club of Chatham and the Centercourt Club & Sports brand. Clay also serves as one of the lead coaches for Centercourt Performance Tennis Academy. As a USPTA Master Professional, Clay is certified as a High Performance Coach by the USTA. In addition, he is a leading expert in the club/sports business and has successfully provided vision and leadership for the Centercourt brand. Clay oversees and supervises the Executive Management Team while also maintaining the relationships with investing partners. The Portfolio currently consists of seven facilities located in New Jersey, with more in development, representing over 750,000 square feet of field, ice and court space; over 670,000 square feet of which is enclosed either seasonally or year-round. Clay has organized a top management team in all functional areas including a professional coaching teams in tennis, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, strength and conditioning, professional sales, customer service, purchasing and accounting. On a personal tennis coaching level, in his eight years at Centercourt, Coach Bibbee has seen players accomplish their goals that often lead to leveraging players’ college recruitment or making the step professionally.
