Hello, my name is Coco Sheronas and I'm a multi-sport athlete at Weddington High School in North Carolina. I've been playing lacrosse since I was four years old and have a deep passion for the game. I play midfield and specialize in the draw for the the Varsity Team at my school and the Charlotte Style 2025 club team. On the field, I pride myself in playing aggressive, smart lacrosse. On the draw, I try to use multiple techniques, my height and good communication with my fellow midfielders to secure the ball. On offense, I am always attacking with speed, passes and different dodges. On defense, I aim to play with discipline, awareness and toughness. As a teammate, I look to always support my fellow players, especially in tough situations, and try to lead by example and with positivity.

Off the field, I work each day to improve my all-around game as well as my speed, agility and strength; my motto is "always do one extra rep!" I'm pushing myself to become the best student, teammate, leader and athlete that I can be. I am a forward on my school's basketball team and go whitewater kayaking and mountain biking as often as I can. At school, I take honors level courses, am maintaining a 4.25 GPA, am active in multiple clubs and service organizations and was nominated for both the National Society of High School Scholars and the Congress of Future Medical Leaders Award of Excellence. In my free time, I enjoy writing novels, reading and drawing. In college, I plan to study biology and chemistry in preparation for medical school as my goal is to become an eye surgeon.
